On 20 September 2025 in New Delhi, Union Minister Piyush Goyal launched the Industrial Park Rating System (IPRS) 3.0. Developed by DPIIT with ADB support, the new framework introduces advanced benchmarks for sustainability, digitalization, and connectivity to boost investor confidence and strengthen India’s industrial ecosystem.
