- The space technology section features Dhruva Space satellite platforms and GalaxEye’s Drishti system combining radar and optical sensors for all-weather Earth imagery.
- Industrial technologies on display include artificial intelligence-powered fruit grading, robotic warehouse sorting and solutions addressing complex infrastructure and manufacturing challenges.
- The exposition is organised by the Ministry of Education with the Ministry of External Affairs, supporting India’s deep-tech innovation ecosystem.
- A BRICS Business Council session also decided to launch a portal connecting farmers, technology startups, researchers, investors and businesses across member countries.
- The exposition represents India’s second major deep-tech startup showcase in 2026 following the inaugural Bharat Innovates event held in Nice.
- The 37 ventures align with India’s BRICS chairship theme focused on resilience, innovation, cooperation and sustainability across emerging technologies.
