Authorities in Madhya Pradesh have reported extensive action to conserve Ujjain’s historic Saptasagar lakes, including encroachment removal, sewage diversion, and structural protection measures.

- The National Green Tribunal reviewed an action taken report submitted by the Madhya Pradesh government regarding conservation of Saptasagar lakes in Ujjain.
