The Telangana government has introduced a new Electric Vehicle (EV) policy, effective November 20, to promote cleaner air and reduce pollution, particularly in Hyderabad. Announced by state transport minister Ponnam Prabhakar, the policy offers tax exemptions and support for EV adoption.
