Launched on December 9, 2024, the Bima Sakhi Scheme aims to empower rural women by integrating them into LIC’s life insurance network. By appointing them as Mahila Career Agents (MCAs), the scheme creates sustainable income opportunities, enhances insurance reach, and builds long-term careers. Over 2 lakh women have enrolled, reflecting strong progress toward inclusive economic
