Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav oversaw the signing of four MoUs at Indira Paryavaran Bhawan to roll out a standard framework and Road Asset Management System (RAMS) for dust-free, sustainable urban roads across the National Capital Region (NCR). The agreements operationalise guidelines issued by the Commission for Air Quality Management to curb road dust pollution through scientific design, greening and technology-based monitoring.
