• The platform connects forest enforcement records with the District Court Management System through an application programming interface for seamless data exchange.
• HAWK digitizes the entire wildlife offence lifecycle from Preliminary Offence Report to court verdicts, reducing dependency on physical paperwork.
• The system enables real-time monitoring of case progress, investigation status, and crime patterns through dedicated dashboards for forest officers.
• Developed with support from Wildlife Trust of India and NTT Data, it enhances coordination between enforcement agencies and judicial authorities.
• HAWK functions as an ecological intelligence tool by analyzing data on wildlife deaths, illegal weapons, vehicle usage, and repeat offenders.
• Over 1,750 forest officers have been trained to operate the system, improving enforcement efficiency across Kerala.
• The initiative strengthens digital governance in forest administration and supports faster prosecution of wildlife-related crimes.
