Bureau of Indian Standards presented initiatives to align Indian hydrogen safety standards with international norms and global best practices.

Technical sessions included experts from NTPC, Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers, Automotive Research Association of India, IIT Madras and other research institutions.

Discussions also explored emerging technologies including advanced sensors and artificial intelligence based monitoring to enhance hydrogen safety and operational reliability.
