India has launched its first digital space-sector repository, bringing together verified companies to enhance collaboration, innovation, and business opportunities across the national space ecosystem.

- The Indian Space Industry E-Catalogue was launched during the India Space Congress as the country’s first comprehensive digital repository for space-sector capabilities.
- The platform includes more than 200 verified space and defence companies operating across nearly 20 domains and over 120 specialized sub-domains.
- The repository aims to provide a trusted platform for capability discovery, industry collaboration, technology partnerships, and business development opportunities.
- The initiative has been developed by the Satcom Industry Association India, a non-profit organization representing the interests of India’s space industry.
- The digital catalogue is expected to strengthen connections between government agencies, private enterprises, startups, investors, and global stakeholders.
- During the event, a report on on-orbit servicing and refuelling capabilities was released in collaboration with Indian space technology company OrbitAID.
- Another strategic report highlighted opportunities in orbital data centres and space-based computing infrastructure in partnership with TakeMe2Space.
- The India Space Congress brought together policymakers, diplomats, industry leaders, and technology experts to discuss future growth opportunities in the global space economy.
