India and Chile signed Terms of Reference (ToR) for a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) to expand bilateral trade. The deal builds on an existing trade pact and focuses on critical minerals, digital services, MSMEs, and investments. Talks begin in New Delhi on May 26–30.
