Trade and investment ties between India and Canada are expanding, with both countries preparing to launch negotiations for a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). According to Ministry of External Affairs, goods and services trade saw strong momentum in 2024–25, while energy cooperation was relaunched at India Energy Week 2026 in Goa to deepen long-term collaboration.
