The mining industry, traditionally dominated by men, is seeing a shift with growing female participation. To celebrate and support this progress, the Ministry of Mines, in partnership with Coal India Limited (CIL), organized the “Celebrating Women in Mining Sector” event ahead of International Women’s Day. The event honored women’s contributions, discussed challenges, and strategized ways to foster inclusivity in the sector.
