The Government of India has formed three committees chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. These will plan and oversee celebrations for the 150th birth anniversaries of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Birsa Munda, and the centenary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Events will be held nationwide to highlight their contributions.
