The Government of Assam launched Mission Basundhara 3.0 on February 28, 2026, at Deuri Beel in Dhemaji district, where Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma distributed digital land pattas to over one lakh indigenous landless families and institutions. The initiative aims to resolve long-pending land disputes through a transparent and digitised framework.
