The Sayyid dynasty ruled Delhi Sultanate from 1414 to 1451, after the fall of the Tughlaq dynasty. Founded by Khizr Khan, the dynasty lasted 37 years with four rulers. It struggled with rebellions, weak administration, and declining economy, finally ending when Bahlul Lodhi took over Delhi in 1451.
