The Government of India will unveil two major digital health initiatives aimed at strengthening responsible and ethical adoption of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare.

• Benchmarking Open Data Platform for Health AI (BODH) has been developed by Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in collaboration with National Health Authority.
• BODH is a privacy-preserving benchmarking platform that evaluates Artificial Intelligence models using diverse real-world health data without sharing datasets.
• The platform functions as a digital public good under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission to ensure trust, transparency and quality assurance.
• SAHI and BODH together mark a significant step towards building a robust, responsible and globally competitive health Artificial Intelligence ecosystem in India.
